I am positive that Scrib lied, and has no reason to lie other than being scum.

He couldn't have offered protection since he was roleblocked.
If he tried to offer protection, What would have informed him that he was unable to do so. He was oblivious to being blocked until I told him I targeted him.

There hasn't been a counter-claim, My vote came because if Scribble chose to protect Aco over Brett which would have been the obvious choice since I stated mafia would be killing him night 2. That's even IF scribble is what he says he is.

And if he didn't protect anyone Night 1 it may be because he has a limited number of uses on his ability Pass.

No action night one so if I targeted mafia it would not give me away or would not protect them and kill myself by mistake. Night 2 because if I protect brett I was dead and even if he lived Brett was dead next night. I took a chance protecting another town in the off chance someone has a gun. If nem has protection in addition to roleblock as he claims then why did he use it on me?Also this is the same role I had in cyber's game which I was replaced by Mikey. That is boring so I have little interest at this point other than to highlight nem's playing style which will happen if I live or die.
