Best Player: Blade- though he should have been killed and called out multiple times, his 3rd party claim, once believed, was quit good.
Worst Player: Acolyte- Never questioned anyone’s claim and took every statement a player made for the absolute truth. Combined with not attracting the mafia’s attention, just terrible.
Biggest Derp Award: Tie between Kionay and Nemesis- Kionay wanted to investigate Locust after he had been lynched, nuff said. Nemesis decided to make up a rule regarding roleblocking instead of actually looking it up. This put the town way behind, though they are to be blamed for not bothering to look up the rule as well and instead take another players word for it.
Close but no Cigar: Passarelli- new player playing a role that requires a lot of persuasion to win, one more day and he probably would have done it, though it was disturbing he didn’t call out Blade’s 3rd party claim.
Overall, the town did not play this one great, they had tons of advantages over the mafia, but were too easily persuaded to keep killing their own. Had more of you focused on the actual game instead of trying to over think or meta game this stuff, you would have won. Also, as I stated in the first post, this was a flavor game, not based on a particular plot or season. It is not an RPG, of course demons, werewolves, angels, and the like can’t be killed by a gun or lynching, but this is a mafiawars game flavored by Supernatural, so everyone complaining that X person should have powers is missing the point. Regardless of what anyone says, this is the longest and most post producing game yet played on IBIS, and I label it a success.
As for why we didnt kill the cop, we sorta needed him alive, at least up till when blackmage got lynched.
We killed brett N1 because he is intelligent.
We killed brett N2 because ^ and OBs stupid soft claiming about being doctor
We killed scribbs N3 because we figured you people commited to the idea that if scribbs had died, nem was bad.
We killed nem N4 because we are getting closer to victory and he is our biggest liability
We killed Pass N5 we cant have a Double Voter running around when there is only 5 people left going into the next day!
We were going to kill kionay N6 because wel.. he was the only one we could. I anticipated wolf killing blade and me and aco being the last ones alive.
1 thing id like to share with you as you review how to get better.... It was like after a night phase, you all forget everything that transpired in the past. Like having an attention span ... is make believe.

Ok, to start i would like to point out nemesis. He was the first person and the only person to name all the mafia. He even managed to do it in one post... Why you didnt listen to him during the game is beyond me, as he clearly had an agenda
and plan.
My goal wasnt to be slimey and mysterious, i understand the skill level of most of the players and thought i would assist them throughout the game. Regardless of the fact that i was mafia, you guys cant be blindly trusting peoples claims and completely ruling out
conflicting possibilities.
Pass, you cant learn everything from the wikis. Why you might ask? because 1 the wiki dosnt have a synopsis on how each person in our game plays... that is impossible. Second, a mod is like god and can modify roles however
they see fit to help balance a game. Use a wiki for a base line and use the thinking of "there isnt really any bounds to a role" all at the same time, understanding that a good mod will keep the game balanced.
I recommend researching abilities instead of specific roles. This goes for everyone, familiarize yourselves with abilities, what roles typically have them ect.
kionay... oh kionay... where do i start.... ohhhh where do i I KNOW! That hypothetical "im Drunk Post" I was actually intoxicated and meant NOTHING by the post other then to share a silly scenario.
It would have been epic to have that be the case. It was a mistake posting it but the intent you thought, wasn't actually there. The lesson here is, if i had been town, you would have lynched me.
Secondly, we kept you alive on purpose. reason being.. we had a bus. However, due to nem... we didnt really find an opening to use our bus. After blackmage died, i bet on you either re-confirming me via investigation or having pass show up anti town
as i had suspected after a DV was apparent in the game. Typically, you would be dead the night you claimed... so dont get in that habit.
Nem, you suck... i hate you.. you were a big threat to us intellectually and your role sucked. We pretty much had to use the bus every night after your claim to make sure we confirmed a kill. However, it did cross our mind to
simply hold of on a kill and let your jail incriminate another but by then, the odds of you jailing one of us.. was higher.
OB... words dont even begin to describe how dumb you are. That is all. NEVER make it obvious you are the doctor.
Scribbs, Body guard is a role you want to claim immediatly, preferably after someone claims a power role that can grant information at night, like kion and nem. It would have been wise for you to claim early and acknowledge your inevitable death
then to fight with people about plans.

Brett... You were the first kill. Im sorry :/ The reason you were is because you are good at this game. Not as good as nem, imo but good. The reason i wanted nem alive was because his insight typically gains traction
better then you and it leads players on a war path. For this game, he was being hunted and i would have liked to see him lynched so that we could go into a night phase without worrying about blade being jailed.
The second time we killed you was because OB made it obvious.. and again... on principle.

To try an make sense of ourkills... for those of you who are not familiar with the role framer.. a framer essentially picks a target at night and frames them as mafia. However, you dont need that role to accomplish that.
it is all about subtly (as kion tried to make of my drunk post) Simply killing a player who was in a pissing match with another over which of eachother is mafia.. incriminates the still living. Either subliminally or pursuasivly
by bringing the matter to the table the following day.
I tried to drudge it up a couple times but you were pretty good at sweeping it under the rug. I couldn't get any townies to see what I was saying most of the time (at least they didn't post as such).

I have a quick correction to Mikey's N3 explanation. He was out of communication, like he said later, and it was his idea that we should kill scribs. Blade agreed with him, however, I wanted to go for Nem, since no one wanted to pursue lynching Nem. It wasn't a total agreement
