Because other than that, or possibly soft claiming some meme that is upside down or reversed (nthn comes to mind), mmm....

WHAT IF HE'S A JAPANESE MEME MANGA... read in reverse?! no seriously, if it's intentional, i can't think of any other reason rather than a post restriction, trolling, baiting, or just borderline "aeurgh? HODOR" moment.

zambi, hypothetical question. if under some weird circumstances, someone (for example you) might have a vote/post restriction. Would u think that they'd be able to notify us directly of such restriction?
for example, are u allowed to answer to "hello Mr Zambi, do u have a restriction?"
