I create a motion and get as many people that i can to join the server, starting with me, wolf and mass to try to bring back the server that dripping human cunts like you emptied out.
I got 10 people in game for the first time in 2 fucking months, while we're playing under own friendly rules of a wcs vaga prop hunt game to have fun, bring new ppl, and teach a few new guys how to spot vagas, even without me having audio.
Yoshir joins, and instantly MAX HUMAN mode, start bashing shit left and right. i tell him to please be nice and consider getting off the op niggerass race so that we don't lost the VERY FEW people i FINALLY managed to get in the non-existent server.
He refuses, and stays on max human with p90 for 3 more rounds when everyone else is still playing fine by a full server consensus to play a hunting game until we get 15 total ppl in server, then we can go back to playing normally.
And that i'd be doing this once a day to bring the server back.
He keeps whoring human, 2 people leave the server... It's the same old shit with yoshir. He's a skilless faggot that does nothing but stack with ronnie on T and get everyone to rage quit.
It's shit like this that killed wcs, and the proof was his mere saggy existence in 3 rounds that got 2 ppl to quit instantly after i spent a good hour to convince 10 ppl to join the server...
then the count instantly dropped to 5 players total in the server. And that's why i told him that people like him are a nuisance to the server.
I banned him for 5 minutes to send him a message.
Is it abuse under normal circumstances? sure, if u ignore the fact that he's refusing to communicate with the admin.
Is it abuse in this case? no. u know why? because an abuse requires a SERVER to be there to begin with. The ONLY ppl available in the server at the time were:
ME, wolf, masskid, trigger, and him.
Everyone EXCEPT him was hand invited by me and only in the server because i personally told them to join. Without those ppl in the server, there IS NO server.
We could have easily all left and he'd be "banned" sitting alone in the server until he left.
OH WAIT, that would get the server back to ZERO population.... wow. it's funny how 1 cunt of the likes of yoshir can join and instantly cause our servers to empty out, after we're trying hard to get ppl to join.
I banned him for 5 minutes, and then he was not banned a few moments after nway. it was about sending the message.
Clan do whatever you want, i know what i did, i have my reasoning, i will acknowledge that i used my powers to enforce something not part of the TOS, but i will refuse to say that i was wrong because in this drastic case of the server dying, while i was trying to revitalize it before that fag joined the server when everyone could have left and he'd been isolated identically to what happened. But at the cost of the server emptying out again... like it has been for 2 months. so meh.
ALSO, note that the players ALREADY started a voteban on him, it was at 3 votes at some point with 2 left to ban, before everyone left bcos of him. I simply chose to take a shortcut of the inevitable and took a sound decision in taking out the trash before it starts smelling all over and more ppl leave the server.
So when the majority of the server was trying to get him votebanned, i used my admin to enforce the inevitable majority decision to ban him for FIVE MINUTES (not like a huge ass time) to quicken what all the players in the server wanted already before the server emptied out.
as simple as that.
