Again Cyber is in ULA, Cyber is an admin of Hacks. For a long time Perry was banned here and not there, at my annoyance. (not sure what the status of that is now)
There is no Conflict of interest.

And I might be wrong, but I find Rawr is much more level headed then Cyber ever was.

The server is far from competing, that's clear. The accusations of and acting on "hax" and other issues shows it. Mut is in good attitude and expectations towards things, but less can be said of others. Loyalties indeed come into question after certain actions, but ULA doesn't mean you will be clan, it's just an obstacle. As I have said, consequences come with certain actions. I will be clear, I mostly agree with Rico, except the blockage of ULA. We see things people do and where loyalties lay, questionable is a big no if you expect to proceed further. One can be ULA with no possibility for clan. That's ok with me. Replacements happen. As for all you other people with your childish squabbling, it doesn't matter, we look for what we look for.

So before anyone loses their shit, I'm not posting this from a place of hate or anger, I am stating my honest opinion and concerns. I'm over whatever happened, the lies you have told people and that video you posted (even though that video is hilarious.) I do feel bad for what I did I did go way overboard I'm sorry. I can tell so far that you are a good admin and you have a decent eye for hacks however I have to -1 you for your bad ethics. I know you posted that video, and you know you posted that video. I know people who you have told that you posted that video. Although the video did not do what was intended (make me look like a fool.) You still posted it out of spite and will not own up to it. That's bad form. I don't think IBIS needs someone who sucks up and tries to save face just to get a higher ranking. /end rant.

Most people went to GO so the less obvious hackers went there.

My opinion is that Rawr might no be the best one but she is One of the best candidates.
