I'm saying ban since he's been warned multiple times. Also he is wearing a CE Gamer tag - which the only reason you'd ever wear that is to get extra XP on their servers; meaning he has SOME experience with WCS servers at least.

If he INTENTIONALLY (not by accident...) does that kind of REPETITIVE warding again, feel free to double up on his ban until he learns to play nice.
