It's not the awp, aug or sig kills that I'm concerned about, it's his pistols. He's def playing with high sensitivity, very high as shown with awp and auto sniper, but his movement with dualies and gun after is fishy to me.

I like reading these unban me and admin abuse threads sometimes because they can be amusing. When I seen one of the responses to this thread being a link to his permaban request thread, I checked it out, downloaded the demo and watched. I am nobody, but am very good at spotting hackers.

Watch that. This is the type of aimbot he is using. All he has to do is have his crosshair on or near the enemy and it will send the bullet to the head. There is no snap to head aiming like most aimbotters. He is clearly wallhacking too, he just doesn't aim directly through the wall at people directly, but close to where they are and then proceeds to go that way. Don't know why he is using no recoil, no spread as well when using an aimbot, but yeah, he is.

Spectating other players in the games, their bullets don't act the same as GOD's which is another bit of evidence. He pauses around 39000, toggles because he is on pistols, and the shots seem a bit more normal. Again, no snap to head shots, it is just the bullets doing the work, his crosshair's don't aim at heads.

the demos we have here have proven to be problematic in catching this sort of aimbot unless it's very obvious, cyber and i looked into it ad nauseam. due to the lag between players and the server, player models in the demos are not where they appeared to be on the player's screen originally. the closer the player is to his opponent, the more obvious the difference becomes. from what i can see, his headshot percentage is no higher than could be expected from a legitimate player, while the aimbot in the video you posted would give 100% (or close to 100%) headshots, at least while he's toggled on. i'm not seeing it.

i still stand by my original ban, to which two other ulas (now clan members) followed up on it .

guys, for those mentioning high sensitivity and/or lag.
I PLAY on the MAX sensitivity of 6300 dpi on my G700s AND on the shitty canadian isps where i feel like im always behind by like a full second (i have posted snapshots of my netgraph and demos of the sorts before, at the time of ban), and TRUST ME, this is NOT high dpi shit.

His going from "too much crosshair movement" into 100% steady at random times is inconsistent of a mouse high sensitivity,
his lily killing was NOT a spray and pray, pay closer attention to the crosshair movement on the lily kill, it's a perfect symetric back and forth cross motion,
his shot on me ? it's a nice shot, i'll give him that, but the reason why i went to spec after it was because aco was already in spec telling me about that guy possibly hacking, and i remember scrolling to his v_view whenever i died before that death and seeing him having "inconsistently all-over aim", and then BAM full-on steady shot to the dome the second i show up on screen? it made me go wtf, and went spec afterwards.

and shocking, the second i go to spec, his "lag and high dpi" surprisingly drops and now he's playing smoothly? OK.
after i joined spec, all he did was spraying on chests for the rest of the time, and intentionally spraying walls for fun "post kill" and at end round, which is not what he was doing before i went to spec...

oh and then the pistols .... good lord those pistols... that dualies into compact into deagle.... after that early game of his ? yeah ok.

For me at that time it was clear that he knew i went to spec to watch him, and that his reason to joining the server was to load up his aim and tweak it and testing it before moving on to his intended servers... which reminds me : why wait SIX FUCKING MONTHS to post an unban thread? mmm??

Also, i don't accept friends invites from random people i don't know or haven't had lengthy conversations with, so don't go flattering yourself that i would chose to block you because " i felt like i made a mistake", that's a bullshit strawman argument like i've never seen before.



side joke : my demo crashed just now when loading the lily tick at 23k, and i had to reload cstrike again to watch.
for those who know my history of bans and that inside joke, whenever my demo crashed at a specific tick, it's usually where a hack took place (that's a non-related joke, but surprisingly damn consistent, brett remembers that shit im sure lol).

so blah blah,
i stay by my original ban of you using aimbot and using our servers to tweak it at the time.

it can't be due to how the game compensates for lag on the client side, and even individual mouse movements won't always be 1:1 because there's always the element of lag between the player and the server which records the demo. the difference is usually slight, but at increasing ping and decreasing distance between two players, it can be misleading.

btw, my previous post and the one above it were showing up as "moderated posts" and were hidden until i approved them. mine was showing as moderated as soon as i posted it. not sure what that was all about.

True, but isn't there anything we can do to minimize that? What good is Sourcetv if it isn't an accurate report of what goes on in the server? This plus not seeing chat hinders our ability to prove or disprove accusations.
