yup, some people. some people have legit excuses, but everyone? speaking in general, if someone's unable to do what's asked, they need to delegate so that it gets done...but that's a line of thinking that turned literally the entire clan against me before so i guess that's a touchy subject.

this is a longstanding pattern, you know it as well as i do.

clan members: SCRIBBLE, CYBER, phil, XX0wnsXY, Spasm, Steamer, -=NYS=-C.O., anex, deprodigy, Dual, dutch, Hitman, inthebutt, Jeimuzu, JigSaW, ManBearPig<ibis>, maynard, midget, Rapedollar$, rezel, ricochet, The.Beast.13., uncle june, vladninja, wickedtribe, XxMastagunzxX, ZERO. i just finished a playthrough of Mario's Fun With Numbers, and that looks like 27 members. of those, how are even remotely active now? i count 8. that's 1 in 3.5.

you and scribb both know that ibis clan members have a tendency to disappear. in my first conversation with cyber after he got clan, he joked that he can now do what he always wanted to: leave like everyone else. i see threads going un-handled for weeks at a time, and it just fits right into the pattern. the reason for adding scribb, phil, and cyber to clan was clear: to get more active members in the clan. i was glad, still am, but their activity has dropped since that point. these guys are still my friends, for the most part, i guess scribb's mad now but whatever, i'm trying to get some butts in gear so they don't get to be like the rest of them.

if i came off as a dick in doing that, oh well. i'm not ula any more, i don't have to even pretend to kiss ass.

Brett makes a valid point. Whilst we have many clansmen, less than 2/3 are active. ULA should be able to substitute for this or maybe have more of a presence by the current clan (but I understand why we don't like Steamer said).

It does not matter what anyone says or does, it is up to one person at this point and that is ZERO. I am on an internet connection provided by microwave 150 miles offshore, if it will download I will look at it as I said I would and if not I will once I get back on Tuesday night. Brett I was never mad, simply disinterested in your input on this thread alone based solely on your attitude. Read that post again and you will see that. Complacency has nothing to do with it, we are busy people. Even if we weren't, your method to get our "butts in gear" sucked and would still fall on deaf ears even if the issue was in fact complacency. Approach this type of thing rationally. Don't throw out accusations based on assumptions, your abilities, and your availability. Not everyone that said this guy hacked has your experience and both you and the dude in question belittled them throughout. When I was banned I tried to talk to Lily but was blocked. I instantly came here to start an appeal. Sometime by the next day they showed me the ban voting on my appeal and minjae said my appeal was permanently closed with proof like this from Lily:

I mean why should I respect the admin(the ones that voted) that did such a shotty job, especially in a server I'm already "permanently banned" from and the appeal was closed until phil said something. I took it personally (until Phil opened it again). I mean why vote and why even ban someone when you don't even try to critically think and analyze the demos thoroughly and objectively. Minjae did a shotty job too and I demoed him and pointed out how his ticks were far more suspicious than my own using his own logic.

I do respect admin like Phil who actually took the time and analyzed the demo. Also, I thank him for that. He even checked my reaction times which is the first thing Lily should have done before she issued a ban. Even brett, who isn't even an admin did a substantially more thorough job in analyzing the demos.

To me that's just disrespectful of the admin to me from the beginning. And if you think I reacted poorly to that disrespect then so be it.

I agree, however, due to the differing opinions of clan members Zero must now call the ban. I apologize you must deal with this wait as Zero seems a very busy man right now. Alternate appeals can always be made for strictly clan decision. You could at least contain yourself even if you don't respect someone.

Let's all get one thing straight, we all have real life shit going on. As much as one wants to be on and be active, something else may come up. Majority of clan has a full time job. This week, i got hit by two snow storms, and blew out my air compressor and water pipes due to cold weather. Sorry I haven't been on; real life shit comes up. When things get handled, it'll get handled.
