So what is the main issue and what is a reasonable resolution...

Originally why was I banned?

Because I was exploiting glitches in the WCS server 3 Years Ago (which have since been fixed). No one is playing WCS constantly anymore... IMHO because it's not fun to play with bad admins. ((of course most admins are great but one bad one can ruin a server)) I took a break and stopped playing the entire year of 2014. I thought that would be reasonable and I returned to play a little WCS and mainly GG starting february 2015.


Take it even further back

Cyber has this obsession with getting me banned since I killed him in CS_Crackhouse 3 years ago and the ban was overturned reviewing the demo. He banned me again in CS_Italy which was also overturned by the clan. Cyber I will tell you right now, I don't hack and NEVER have on IBIS, I respect ZERO and the clan/servers/players as a whole. My tag (Haxor) stuck because of your obsession with spectating me and trying to remove me from the server by any means and at any cost. My original tag was -=1337=- Llama since September, 2001 when I first played CS 1.3

Who am I...

I live in VT and have MANY friends who plays CS:S. I enjoy playing in a nice community server such as IBIS. I do not want to purposefully make the game less fun for others by cheating or being otherwise malicious. There are admins here who have enjoyed playing with me and actually I would bet they're more than the few admins who are up in arms to have me permanently banned. (shady, favre, cyber)

What is the resolution?

You all can either see me as a bad guy who wants to ruin everyone's time on the server. Or... you can see me as a person who is speaking from the heart and just wants to have fun with you and others in an old classic FPS. Either way, I will continue to play on this server with Russian CS:S keys and we'll continue to play the cat and mouse games with new IP's and gamer tags and new accounts etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. MY crime if you equivocated to real life would be disorderly conduct (misdemeanor) which has a maximum penalty of 2 years behind bars. I leave it to the Entire Clan to decide what to do with me.

you were exploiting.
you got perma'd by the clanners before me.
you then proceeded to continuously try to bypass the perma ban and rejoin the server under false names and identities, which in itself is a perma ban.

I really don't give a flying fuck about you personally, it's not a vendetta or anything. But as long as you keep breaking the rules, i'm one of the few who actually have the will to go through the daunting task of proving every one of your accounts, because SOMEONE has to.

So whether it's me banning you, or someone else (in this case, you were brought to my attention by STFU ), you ARE breaking the rules.

No we won't forgive and forget because we will not set a precedent of hackers (not so much in your case), or exploiters or grievers that have been previously banned to get into the habit of wanting to come back...

Face it, you're not welcome here not because of personal vendettas but because YOU broke the rules, and you keep breaking the rules, and you dragged your brother into it when you started playing on his account, so now you 2 are banned.

And whether Deagleman 7 is ur friend, brother, you, cousin, or long lost lovechild named Snow, if they are associated with you in real life, and have any chance of you having access to their accounts, they're dun fucked.
why? Because we can never be 100% sure that at all the times that ur "friend" dm7 is playing, that u'll never be on that account, you or your brother.
And we established a precedence before that such situation requires both accounts to be banned, even if sacrifices are made.


That being said, i dont think it's much of a sacrifice since your friend ALREADY proved he's a lying sack of shit, and has already tried to lie to ibis about his steam account and profile by changing his stream profile id , setting it to private, and then the other one is conveniently "unavailable"...

That's all under the assumption that the account truly belongs to a "friend" to begin with... face it, you and your brother have so many accounts and called wolf so many times that it's not farfetched to just treat them all as the same pile of bypassing shitfuck we see every other day.

Bottom line, he's willing to lie to cover his tracks regarding account locations and sharing, and he's not trusted, so why will we even trust him when he will come one day and deny you being on his account? We can't. Ergo, account is banned.


OH AND here's your proof. I conveniently kept all tabs open along with screenshots yesterday and todasy of the steam pages.

i had already said that slaxor was dm7 to begin with
so slaxor was on dm7's account.


slaxor has access to his account. Both of you are perma banned for bypassing, and there you have it, he has used dm7's account.
ergo that account gets banned by allowing the chance of access for one of u 2 to ibis gaming, and we can never know ...

Long answer: I do enjoy watching cyber and brett play this cat and mouse game with you. The amount of effort both you, cyber, and brett put in to this ridiculous charade is amusing.

Despite the fact that I would not mind reviewing the original demos that got you banned as I was not a part of that process, I do not agree with unbanning you at all because evading bans in itself merits a perma ban.

he did appeal.
the actual bans that started werent for the inconclusive hacks (ya gotta keep up haxor), but because he exploited. and he exploited hard.

When he exploited, he DID get an appeal chance, he DID get a chance to get himself unbanned from a SHORT ban, even zero weighed in on that...

And did he do afterwards? Exploit again, and again.
And then he got booted for a long time.

And then what did he do afterwards? Play on his brother's accoutn to avoid the ban.
After a lot of work and effort, we decided to ban both accoutns due to them being used to bypass a ban which is in itself a perma.

And then what did he do afterwards? create roughly 10 different accounts time after time after time after time, him and slaxor, to try to get back into ibis....
which is still a perma offence...



So you have a guy that repeatedly proven himself unwilling to abide by the rules after being given a couple chances before, and then deliberately trying to break them to get back in... and you want to give him another appeal?
Fuck no.
Once perma'd, always perma'd.


There will never be a precedence where someone gets unbanned from exploiting and bypassing.

What you are u thinking of, swagbot, is when a "suspected" hacker gets banned, and perma'd and then NEVER posts an unban request, proceed to come back a while back being like " yo dawg, i just realized i was banned here, i havent been here for ages"...
and for some damn reason the demos weren't there to confirm or deny such thing... like what happened to shark2c when steam pipeline fucked all the conclusive hacking demos we had of him....
