Phil, Neighbors already know who their Neighbors are. Nemesis, Neighbors only recruit if there is a Neighborizor.

While I like your spirit, I don't see any example that would make mentioning Brett into code. If you can find one let me know. Maybe a mafia that can send a single message to all scum during the day and seeing if there is a traitor? I find that scenario doubtful though.
