I don't like this. If you feel he is doing something scummy articulate it. Its very possible that of the 8 people alive, 3 are scum. If we hit town today, its 4-3 going into the night, which could potentially end any chance of a town win, though with smaller numbers im assuming at least 1 scum is likely to get hit tonight.

It seems that Rosie is frustrated that the majority doesn't want to go for the easy policy lynch. Impeccable timing considering the vote pool just shifted to him. Suggesting a policy lynch to put pressure on someone has utility. Rosie's aptly timed disbelief is an inappropriate response to his current situation.
