If they were being racist, mute them. Racism isn't against the rules but when it's meant to offend someone that is being disrespectful.

If they were TKing each other, freeze them or give them a short ban. This doesn't justify permanently banning someone.

James is right, freeze/short ban at most. I like fucking around with these people... freeze them, burn them, if they continue kick them. if they come back tell them you're going to give them a short time out if it continues. haven't had an issue yet with this system and i haven't perma'd anyone in pub yet (short of two blatant hackers).

I think the issue is that they have been doing this for days despite punishment multiple times. If this is the case they should be banned for 7 days this time and then longer next time.

But for now it should not be perma.

Cyber did nothing wrong by administrating punishment to people who well deserved it, but permanently banning them is something completely different. If this was a reoccurring problem as stated, a temp ban would have work, which should have increased over time.

If they happen to rejoin in a week, then that obviously means this server meant something to them, and they'll have learned their lesson and start to abide by the rules, or not. If they do, that just means there's a few less people who will break the rules. We'll never know if they're capable of changing if these bans were to remain permanent.

1- yes i admit the banning was excessive, but they have been reported to do this constantly and AVOID admins in order to bypass bans.
2- cudo got away apparently after i accidentally banned clutch instead, i asked for him to be unbanned, i will do it myself tonight if i can, but if somoene can beat me to it , u have my permission.
3- i have to agree with james and zero on this, as much as they deserved a gd lesson, perma was harsh, but i was too caught up in my own studies that i just needed to get rid of the nuisances fast... took my study anger on them maybe?
so here is whats gonna happen, in 3 days time, i will unban everyone that i have banned yesterday (clutch should be unbanned now tho)
and this will act as a temporary 3 day ban for tking and racism AGAINST OTHER PLAYERS (sry, forgot to mention that racism wasnt just talk, it was directed towards other players....)
so i think 3 days should be enough, if they wanna come back, their choice ,and another admin will have to deal with them if he sees them doing the same shit again.

There's nothing to troll, it was a simple mistake and we only suggested that the perma was excessive. No wahala.
