whenever he is in , i will issue a perma ban on him, hopefully with a better demo...
but if i cannot get a gd demo of him , i will issue the permanent ban anyway with a link to this thread and let him appeal (and i am sure he wont).
please let me know when he is playing by steam messaging me, and allow me to issue the perma ban myself and take responsability for it (unless someone found a blatant and undeniable proof that he was hacking.)

I saw him in the pub again tonight, he was 21-3 when I connected. I started recording and all of a sudden he couldn't hit anything >.>

I issued the ban with a link to our site telling him where to appeal and made sure he knew who to say banned him. I wasn't sure where to find CyberDemon on steam community and didn't want him to disconnect like he has the last 2 times I've started observing him so that's why I didn't contact you directly, Cyber.

I didn't provide a link to this specific thread, but if he appeals we can link this.
