Idk what anything after "intentional" says but personally I must say I would think he was hacking. I've been wrong in the past so I won't say I'm 100% certain but yeah. However the question must be raised: if the player is not DOMINATING the server and knows we'll be watching him whenever he's in, is it worth banning him? It's a bit of a mind game really but essentially what we see in the demos is some SUPREMELY SUSPICIOUS activity, but honestly nothing to say beyond a shadow of a doubt that he is hacking. Of course I have not the power to make such a decision, but it may be worth thinking about with the Christmas / New Years spirit going around.
Regarding the HS / kdr ratios, it IS possible that this player was once a God at this game, but took a long hiatus. In this case it is conceivable that he could get good reflex shots and even play expertly well sometimes, while sometimes trying too hard / focusing too much and failing pretty badly. I have experienced such times, but even so it's impossible to deny the fishiness of the demos.

if he is hacking now, plz tag him, if not , he will be monitored a lot and i doubt he would be hacking any time soon?

and since i dont play pub much, its not my problem anymore, if anyone else has a problem with you, let them take care of this.

ps: do note that the demos will stay here, along with ur steam ID, and u can still be rcon banned by zero if anything should happen.
