Can someone explain to me how i could enter wcs now and find haxor in game????? After i perma banned him?

i dnt know what u guys call that, but i find it somewhat bypassing the ban i put on him by playing on his brother's account... oh well..
i will leave the call to u guys if u consider that bypassing , me , i dnt care anymore until this ban thread is conclusive.
