I've played sG for a long time now and I moved here since I finished 99% of their races. They just recently implemented something called "Expertise" to certain races. What this does is after you finish leveling the races, you get extra bonuses based on the levels after that. So they have a Undead/Succubus type race. It lacks speed but once you get it to level 60, you start gaining speed from it. And after you hit level like 120, you max out at 1.4 speed for it or something like that.

It's an interesting concept. Some thoughts on how it would work:
Undead Scourge can gets 1.4 speed at level 50.
Human Alliance can have 175 HP at level 50.
Orcish Horde does more extra damage at level 50.
Night Elf has a higher thorn damage at level 50.
