Why banned: Shady and others keep saying im a hacker. I like to think im a good player, yeah sure i get some bullshit kills every now and then,i use my radar to see people who are completely invisible(except i have problems with flame predators, cant never see them). Reason why my kdr could be that high is because i chose human as first class (yes Bash is way to op) so my bash proccd to often and i would just aim their heads, if you check now my kdr is lowering since i just keep switching races(i want spiderman). About the demos i havent seen any of them but im quiet sure its one of those kills that you just get lucky(those kills that happen every couple of days or maps).
Im really looking forward if someone who has experience catching hackers could watch the demos so this is over.

Overall, i think if i was hacking i wouldnt even care about wanting to get unbanned, i havent broke any rules(i think?) and i enjoy the server a lot(there is always people online, no matter what time).

I also found out (for me) that 228 Compact (pistol) and Krieg 552 (rifle) are just heavenly good for me, imo they give the best possible shooting aim (i choose M4 if im a CT) but you probably know i tend to use a lot those weapons.

Other/Reason to unban:
There arent any other decent WCS servers out there, plus League of Legends gets boring after a while.

that was someone putting in a ban request for you. when we ban In IBIS for hacking, it's a perma ban, and we have 2 show evidence of the ban (a demo) unless the person is beyond obvious.

I'm sure shady will upload the demo tomorrow, then we can review it.

shady's been having trouble uploading the demo, i asked him to send it to megauploads or smthn and then posting it when he can...

He needs to send it to someone via skype or upload it to a server quickly we are not suppose to ban unless we post the demos he hasn't even acknowledged that he banned this person that needs to be done as well.

no perma ban was initiated i simply banned for 7 days until the video is uploaded and yes there is a video posted in that post by mag. i dont need to post why i banned him or how long or show evidence i said right in my thread temp. ban meaning temporary ban i was gone for the last 3 days and was not online. also explained my files are missing i had to redownload cs so idk what u want me to say further.

when the person in question disputes the ban you do. and if you ban someone for hacking, it has 2 be a perma ban, and you HAVE 2 report it, there's no temp ban for hackers, you either think someone is hacking, and perma ban them or you leave them alone till you get more proof on the person in question.

this demo, is garbage. there's not a single thing in it that points 2 hacking. he gets a high rate of head shots sure, but it's obvious why, he doesn't spray. he tries 2 never shoot more then 3 shots in a row so he has control of the recoil.

this is a fail ban, there's no proof supporting your ban cause you apparently lost it.... and the only other "proof" shows nothing.

temp bans are perfectly legal and didnt i just hear a shit load of ppl say no more perma bans that its up to zero? so in my defense i took him off the charts till he can get his punishment by zero but w/e it will be proven one way or another and we will see how much a fail ban it was.
