Removing permas from new admins

Hey, for new admins could you not give them the perma ban, perma mute features? I dont think they need it. if they see someone haxing they can juust post it.

there is already a thread that i made about it .

zero is working on the admin hierarchy system, and when its done admin will have different powers based on how high they are in rank.
newbies will have a lot of shit restricted.
