Pretty much. But for example the abilities will activate but not if the other is active. And u could use each ability only 3 times for 5 seconds only? And u'd always have that nifty ultimate as backup? Would that be balancin enough? The race could try to knife its way towards someone who is blasting it with shots and damaging themselves cos they freaked out about the knifer lol.. It would make sense that whoeer plays this race has to be smart enough to know when to activate each ability based on the opponent in front of them..
