ok seriously , +1 to what maynard and vlad said.

there is a difference between having the admin TITLE, and actually being a reliable ADMIN on the servers.
learn ur rules, DO NOT ABUSE, do NOT fuck around for personal gain, do NOT be tooo harsh by executing bans without the proper process of warn x3 (chat and microphone)-> slap ->slay -> kick -> ban 5 min ( provide reason) -> ban 2 hours (more or less , depending on the case.)

always record EVERYTHING you do by typing "record wtvrNameYouWant" in console, then "sb_status" for documentation purposes when sent to steam bans, and finishing off with "stop" when u got a decent LONG and conclusive proof of the reason for the ban.

in my opinion only :
do NOT perma ban, EVER, until u have at least a month's experience or more... if a hacker was on sight, and u wanna perma ban, ask for another admin to take the responsability instead.
if no one is around , steam message an admin on friends list, if not, record a demo as above and post it in Ban Request section.
Like zero said, unless a 5 yr old can tell someone is hacking, try not to perma ban on sight or if players told u so (been there, done that, got fucked lol)
oh and do NOT fuck with other admins, learn from them instead.

i'm stating this in case u ARE hallwagner now, and u made a new account and getting admin again , since u're new (lol, dont ask :P)

if you need anything , write me or clan members or other admins, and they will help. respect others and u will be respected.
ps: i am the forums troll as u can see, so pm me if u need advice on any scenario. many people steam message me as well day or night to come to the server and check smthn out.
