actually, i would commit the fallacy of ad hominem if i was attacking your position because you're a troll. i am not. your position (leniency) is wrong because it has no premises to support it. now, if i was saying that your position was wrong because you're a troll, THEN it would be ad hominem. as it is, i was less targeting you specifically, but more your definition of devil's advocate. even so, you have no say in the end fate of hackers. they are removed permanently. no thorough examination is required.
