Also please let it be known that it is not the common practice of IBIS Clan to use admin powers on any admin but it is our right to do so if found necessary.

I have sent him an invite to the admins group. Once he changes his name and name on steam from "I Play CS With A Helmet On.ibis" to one without the clan tag in it and also joins the admins group he will be unbanned. From then on he can easily have the proper tag automatically applied.

PM me when this is done so that I can unban.
