Suspected walls. A few times I was invisible as Vagabond he killed me.
This happens, but he always seemed to look straight at me every time.
Also some obvious "I know where they are" movements at other times, seeming to spot people and prefiring.
Note he even changes directions at times when players on far sides of the map move to a new spot.
By the time he reached 32 kills, I was convinced. See for yourself.

I checked several times, he never bought any items and was Human Alliance lvl 19 at the time I looked.

This is a hard case. my gut says he has hacks, but at the same time there is no nail in the coffin moment in the demo. Alot of his kills could be attributed to sound, and knowledge of the map. The 32nd kill on you as a invisable off radar Vaga is hard to explain on the other hand. He does stop in the passage when he hears you teleport to your resting place, but to turn the corner and bead in on you like that is not normal. I could see where he could guess by sound that you were there, but to turn the corner with no Lace, and not using a flashlight and pop you in the head is a bit much. Some of the other kills he seems to prefire, and often he seems to look at people through walls and at times ignore them. Whenever he goes to defuse a bomb he always seems to keep the person in his field of view and doesn't look around like I think most peope would. I personally would not hang my hat on him hacking vs being very good, and having great sound setup.

Even if this is just an advice thread, i would strongly recommend that you attach a poll to it.
This would gain the attention of upper admins better than a thread with no poll. Plus he might be hacking, so might as well allow the uppers to vote yeah or nay.


That said, im watching the demos as we speak (im in class now, so currently soundless and only wireframe, but watching with sound later.)
I will update my opinion in this post later.

PS: i can already see why goku's hacker-spotting eye is twitching, not even a few minutes in and he's acting suspicious. So far, i've seen him "miss" a few people he "wallhacked" over (assuming wallhacking and intentionally missing...), HOWEVER, as soon as that person starts shooting at him, he always seems to get the swivel dead-on HS shot accurately... for example, the first bomb defusal in the game... if i was under the train and someone started shooting me, i wouldnt know where to look at , even if damage says "coming from left" i would be debating whether to look up the ramp or below the train... his reflex was just too fast. Radar would indicate the general direction, but not the altitude...

i will keep watching and see what else i can see... but so far, i dnt see walls, maybe some amazing luck, and gd hardware and sound... some can be partly radar, and partly sound... but i will keep looking to see if something else comes up.

goku? do u have any specific tick marks to help us pinpoint where u're judgement lays upon?

Thanks for the additional comments, sir. I actually don't have specific ticks in mind, because I didn't really comb through it, I just wanted to see what you all thought of it before I went ahead with any further action. I also have been having problems with the SourceTv demos freezing when I try to skip ahead in console. I can't say for sure why that is happening...

I'm sincerely considering putting up a ban, and very well may do just that if I ever see that kind of thing from this player again. I'll be keeping my eyes open, as per usual.

I do know he was about 28-30 kills in and he rounded a corner very quickly, looked directly at me while invisible (I was up in the air above him) and killed me right away. He barely even any time to aim, really. If it were you, you'd have certainly been sure it was at least wallhack. If you feel like looking for that, it'd be great.
