After being banned, I contacted Roshill and tried to ask why I was banned.
His response was due to wallhack.

I have had 3 accounts. I've been playing on IBIS for well over 3 years. Some of the older members may know me, likes on cloud strife, leatha, and other admins who used to play from that time period.
I used to be accused of hacking when I played then, but stopped playing gungame as I started playing serious competition on UK servers, such as cssmixes.co.uk
And bemixes.co.uk (unfortunately the website closed down due to lack of funding).
The fact is, for the people who have reviewed the demo don't understand what they are posting about, in a non disrespectful manner.

An aim assist (otherwise known as a trigger bot) will shoot towards the head and INSTANTLY head shot a player within a certain region of being proportionate to the body.
A wallhacker, well we all know what that is.
From playing the maps for a long time, Used to be ranked one for a long time until Magical {be} started playing the gungame server, can anticipate where players will come due to game play. Notice how most rounds I go the same way, dependant on what gun I have. And so do most of the other players playing the game at the time. Therefore play becomes predictable.
If I were to aim assist it would look something more along the lines of this, an instant snap shot, where as mine, were prelonged and delayed, making sense that it was a movement of the mouse and not a predetermined movement by a form of hack. Therefore proving the point that aim assist was not in use. Another other aimbot would of been obvious.

I would also like to put forth the point that roshill only watched for one map, at which the point he wasnt in spectate so was fully reliant upon source TV. Surely the correct thing to do as an admin would be to move to spectator and assess the situation properly?
Also, his final action was to be taken place after an amount of binds were said when i pressed certain keys, from games, where I had saved the quotation due to spelling mistakes being funny.

If an admin in a higher up position would like to assess this and consider it from both sides of the arguement and, an experienced admin be able to check into my past here at ibis,
Im sure you'll find more than conclusive evidence to show that I don't hack.

where do you see walls? 0 walls, you also have to remember that Gungames reg is different then in any other servers. That is why his strafe kills look kinda funny (you can spec any body and see the same thing, shotgun kills are most common in this regard). the only thing odd i see was how his rounds sprayed, sounded like he has fire on mouse up and down or something. Id keep an eye on him but i dont see any concrete evidence here.

Sorry guys it looked kinda iffy when I saw it. I am not that experienced and I only posted this to get second opinion. And + I didn't know it was Insanity. I will leave it upto you guys to decide. this. so much. if you're uncertain at all, msg another admin (hell i'll look at demos most of the time too) on steam, or post in the admin section before taking action. of course you still have to put a thread like this up, but just make sure before taking action. better to ban someone a few days after the incident than to ban them and have them pissed at the community for a week while they await the process
