You need 2 be confident when you ban the person. if you're not, don't ban them, get a second opinion before taking action so it doesn't screw the individual over.

this. so much. if you're uncertain at all, msg another admin (hell i'll look at demos most of the time too) on steam, or post in the admin section before taking action. of course you still have to put a thread like this up, but just make sure before taking action. better to ban someone a few days after the incident than to ban them and have them pissed at the community for a week while they await the process
ot: i don't see anything really fishy
Through the darkness of futures past,

Fire, walk with me.
haha brett your in the spot light!
Rosh, at any rate, you made the right decision. Its better to ban and review then to not ban and let a potential hacker continue to reign.
Personal reform
actually he made the wrong decision as I already stated. if you're not confident in your ban, do not ban the person, this is nothing new...
it can take anywhere from 2-5 days for a thread 2 be handled, it's not fair for someone whose not hacking, 2 have 2 wait that period of time just cause you're iffy about something, and not even sure 2 begin with if the person hacks.
