    the system for over a year now has been "if you're not sure if a person hacks, do not ban them, you must be confident in your ban" not sure what the hell you're going on about, this is nothing new, like I said.

    it's also kinda common sense. worst case senario, in the time you're getting a second opinion, someone else says "hey! this guy HHHAAAAAXXX!" and they post a demo which only makes more support for the ban.

    you can easily ban someone at anytime, if you're not sure, leave the person alone... once again... this is nothing new.

    clan before me had stated this as it's not fair 2 the person if they don't hack. we're not in the business of banning people till we know what's what. stand by your ban if you make one. "I saw one or 2 iffy things and wasn't sure if he hacked" is not grounds for a ban on someone.
