We have recently discovered a routing issue with one of our core routers that is affecting a very small subset of our international traffic. After consulting our vendors, they have advised us that a code upgrade will be required to resolve this issue.

Impact:

During the maintenance, there may be a few brief interruptions of service as traffic reroutes from one router to another. The overall impact will be minimal. As always, we will have engineers on site to ensure best practices are followed.

We deeply apologize for the short notice. However, it is necessary that this work be done to insure the highest level of service to all of our customers.
