already +1'd i believe, but i'd like to add something to my previous post. cyber has been doing a great job of being very, VERY detailed in his perma request posts. if nothing else it shows great dedication and understanding of the position of admin, and for that he would make a fantastic upper.

I agree. Cyber has a lot of support, but he deserves it. He's, I think, the most active applicant.

Regardless, all opinions are appreciated, if i should join ULA, it would hopefully be because of the amount of work and dedication i put in as admin,
not because of random "+1, likes", this isnt facebook lol. It all depends on the image i created of myself for the community and zero.
