MoWgLi admin abuse #2

Server: ibis pub
maps: de-contra and de-cpl-mill
Time:2012-03-03 12:32:00 PM and 12:52:00 PM times on source tv

How did he/she abuse:
1)using admin commands without the admin tag
2) puting up vote to ban player
3) slaping players trough mass spams
4)freezing and firebombing people for no reason

not on friends, but he's been perma'd on other servers. wallhack and "eye angles violation" (also walls, that one done by console though)

Oh no, by all means u have the right and responsability to do what u just did . I was just a bit surprised that i told ppl who were in that server, aling with xerenix that it was being handled. Perhaps the guy who told u about it didnt get the me o and told u nway nways, abuse in deed. He'll be handled alright, if i have to manually shove that Tos down his throat myself...
