This one's a tough call, but after going over this demo a few times I think there's sufficient evidence of wallhacks here.

Player joins at the beginning of the match. His first few kills look pretty suspicious but can be justified by the shadows and sound. The first action that threw up a flag for me comes at 4.7k when the player appears to be looking directly at enemy players through the boxes (it's quick but he does it). He does this a number of times throughout the match, including points at 6.9k, 9.2k 17.5k, 18k, 20k and 23.5k. He also has quite a few suspicious kills, including a kill spree from 10k to 12k, a kill at 15k, and the most solid evidence of all comes at 18k where he comes upon a player that was not only walking (no sound), but completely out of sight from arch angel until he rounds the corner to knife him. IMO he chose to knife the player because he knew (from walling) that the enemy was equipped with an awp. I go spec at 25k and the player chooses to leave (while in the lead) two deaths later at 29k.

I went back to ban Angel after debating whether or not to post this and he was no longer on the "ban disconnected" list. Hence the lack of a ban.
