Reason for perma ban: Player used aimbot. Attached is a demo I took of the player, and at TICK 986 (or a little sooner), you can slow down the demo to see the shot that hits the first player's head is aimed about 5 feet to the right of the head... Will attach the sourceTV demo for additional proof (this was done several times) shortly.

16.3k looks like sourcetv being stupid, it does that which makes our job difficult. the interp's a bit off. watching after 17k in slow mo shows what seems to be a tug, and i think the one at 21.9k is a particularly good example...i may be wrong with the exact tick but i'm talking about the one where he's between the house and the hallway, shooting at a ct down towards apartments. cursor's off the target's right foot, then right on his head and almost like autoshoot as soon as the cursor jumps to the head, boom headshot. just doesn't look natural.

From watching this demo, I do not believe that this player is using aimbot, but I do believe he is using no recoil, which would still warrant a ban...so...I vote ban.
