Slutz new to admin world!

Whats up fellas. I just thought I would let you know I enjoy playing in the ibis pub server and so does my <Drankn> crew. I got the admin because we play there so much and most of the time we are on there really aren't any admins. I figured I could represent the day portion ahaha. Ok, with that said I have a question about MAP CHANGING! I have my own servers and vent and didn't come in to start beaf the first day.

If there is an admin "Not Naming" and he sits in spectate for 4 hours and doesn't say a word or act on anything be it map voting, hackers, tkrs and such... I'm assuming I am the main admin and have the right to switch maps. Sounds ridiculous i know but here is the dumb situation. NOTSFT (<----good guy thanks for the help) and myself were talking about map changes and what map we should change and MR. I've been in spectate for 5 hours says whoa whoa whoa, i've been in spectate and I have Top admin check the times. I thought he was kidding. Dude was honestly staying in spectate, running errands and them coming back so he has top admin. So enough of my middle school rant.

Does an admin who sits in spectate for 4 hours still get dibs?

Again, I don't consider this a sign of hostility towards the individual. We got in an argument with alltalk on and I thought it to be unprofessional. I don't want this happening again. If you have any questions please ask me and i'm sure NOTSFT will agree with everything i've said.

Hey sluts, the name is Cyber, welcome to our admin family lol. Since you're a new guy, you should really do as owns said, and read the TOS and memorize it by heart.
You made a ban yesterday on Herpes for a month for aimbot, please follow owns's instructions and create a thread in the Admin Perma ban requestion section, in proper format. For demo tick marks, just play the demo till the hacker shows up, then press Shift + F2 in the demo and a demo player will show up. You read the Tick mark there. This makes our lives easier to skip ahead to your ban moment in a long demo.

on a side note, i saw u said smthn about afk admins, i skimmed through ur text, but decided to give u this link so that you know how to treat this situation.
