How did he/she abuse: I was slayed after I warded around tic 36000. My ward only touched entrace of hosties room without hosties in the room and while I am playing on CT side.
I was banned for 30 min around tic 42000 after I killed checkster 2 times in a row; second time warding him after he revived (wards wasn't even close to hostie room).
Additional info: WCS rules #5 Wards are not allowed 2 fully block an objective. There must be a clear path for the opposing team 2 take towards their objective at all times. Warding rooms that contain hostages is not allowed, however, if a shadow hunter is summoned to the objective, the shadow hunter does reserve the right to drop his wards. This rule applies to strider as well.

Bullshit, dude. You have been warding the same hostage room pretty much every round and you have been given multiple warnings from plenty of players. Not only that, there was also another hostage room right below that which was warded as well. You chose not to listen and get punished. Deal with it.

I've seen you do this and get punished so many times, yet it does not seem like you learn from it, so you only got yourself to blame. There were no other entrances except the window and only very few races would be able to get in that way. Furthermore, you've been warding in a house with more than one floor so even that should be should be called as BS.

he said it was extremely close. The texture of the wards wasn't but the hit range could have been. I'll watch it when I get home.

thats pretty much it. Shots is really streching a thin line here: u'd have to be standing there and testing it to see if THIS TIME the wards touched under one hostie. As i said, even as CT, it counts.

What i want to add is the following:
whether or not this SPECIFIC warding case touches 1 of the hosties or not, shots has litterally warded under the hosties on that same map, and killed ME too when i was hiding as rapscallion behing that same hostie... So i can vouch personally that he got lucky that his wards are tricky here, but many other occasions he blatantly wards halfway in the hostie room above, and a shitload of other maps thousands of times.

I have warned him and punished him myself. He does it more often than an 'accident'. Personally i think he just wards regardless and crosses his fingers not to get banned afterwards...

His demo , this time, backs him up that the wards are borderline, perhaps thats why he is hiding in plain sight, but i dont blame checkster whatsoever for taking borderline actions, since many admins, includig myself, told him NOT TO WARD THAT SPECIFIC AREA because there's a HUGE chance of fucking up aNd warding under hosties... And he is DELIBERATELY IGNORING ADMIN, throughout his history, not necessarily this demo....

He probably watched the demo, saw that he was in the clear THIS time and decided to challenge checkster's word , and subquently, every admin who warned him about warding under the hosties. He just got lucky i think. Surely exploited the maxx range of that first and last ward
