Admins idling in spectator for hours

Gents,

Can something be done to stop admins, particularly ones not wearing a tag, from idling in spectator and taking up spots on a full server? It happens fairly often. I just now quit a game on the GunGame server where "BatMan" had been sitting in spectator, completely idle, for over an hour.

Other admins can kick them if they do not respond to messages. Although I am not sure if they can only be kicked by an upper level admin.

Perhaps there is a way to modify the afk script to auto kick even admins if they are in for very long periods.

Only ULA's can unless you put them on probation.

There should be, as I'm almost positive I have seen the addons with admin timers as well.

instead of auto-kick why not have a pop up menu for that admin, if they dont respond it within 30 seconds or something it will kick them. that way if they're specing a hacker they wont get kicked int he middle of a demo, and wont ave to respond and possibly blow cover.

This will get annoying (whether it be 30 seconds or 60 seconds). If you're doing demos, you have to type in console stop and record so it's not a full map long demo (otherwise you should just grab the source demo...), so you're never really afk for more than 5 minutes or so. Also, if you're spectating someone, you should be able to convey this over admin chat w/ or w/o tag (yes it's an admin command but I think under demo circumstances, it should be permitted).

The auto kick after 15 minutes of afk should be more than acceptable (admins shouldn't need the extra time if all it takes is a mouse click to reset that auto kick).

next time learning to read will help. the fucking menu will not pop up after 30 seconds every time, that;s fucking stupid. It would be like a map vote box, and after 10 minutes of afk it pops up, if the admin doesn't respond to in in 30 seconds, then it knows he's afk and not recording and kicks him, if he hits a button that he's there, nothing happens. if you need to stop the demo to do that then kill yourself.

also, as for the admin in spec thing, i like nem's idea about a hidden popup menu to avoid admins getting kicked... but then, every reg who plays long enough will start understanding that when an admin has been afk for a while he;s specking someone...
my 2 cents say that, many of us admins work our asses off spectating ppl. if admins are just sitting there in a spec, with no actual demoing and not responding, just post a demo of them being constantly afk, and report them. then maybe @ZERO can blacklist those SPECIFic ADMINS to run that same popup nemesis mentionned?
personally i wouldnt wanna be kicked when demoing someone , and i demo a LOT... and i wouldnt wanna reveal myself to be non afk neither...
