though i don't see that steamid being from our servers, and i don't see a direct connection between it and graydon, it's clear from the ban link that this user has been perma banned not once but twice from ibis servers, just look at the ip's.

i saw him in the pub today, went in to spec, decided to check ip's and found it's the same guy that had been perma'd twice. i made the ban in-game, it was a steamid ban, but then i went onto sourcebans and changed it to an ip ban. i suspect it worked, soon after i did that i saw another graydon in the server. i was going to check it out, but as soon as i connected he was gone. ricochet was in there, and they thought i had banned the second graydon (who they thought was some guy just joking around) but it was just the ip ban kicking in on graydon with another steamid, and no extra people were banned. just posting this part in case anyone was in there and thought someone may have been wrongfully banned.

shouldn't have any more problems with this guy, since the ip ban seems to have worked like a charm. just make it perma and we're good.

Graydon has 2 different sets of ip that interconnect one account:
i recommmed that we :
1- track down these account and perma ban all of them, and perma ban his ips now.
2- zero should add 'graydon' string to the black list , like myg0t. And to also add the groups "MyGuild" and 'Gaben Task Force' group memebers to an instant perma ban.

Every member of the gaben group is an ex account of graydon, which myself and brett are working on proving 1 by 1, and the myguild is a hacking community like myg0t whose leader Skyler is actually a player in our pub servers. And he promotes hacks and raids on serers like ours.

I tracked 6 different graydon accounts to this community as well, and graydon knows the guy personally and requested getting added to the group on different ids. These group links can be found on graydon's steam pages

i actually sent loco fox a steam chat message yesterday about this...he's gotta make a damn thread. when he does, i say we make it an ip ban due to his relation to graydon

c.sar has also been banned, by notsofst (ironically, apparently while the guy was imitating notsofst). AGAIN no GODDAMN THREAD.

happyface hasn't been banned here, but his steam profile links to the myguild group you speak of, as well as gaben task force, both have references to hacks. another member of that group is prominently displayed here http://www.ibisgaming.com/forums/sho...05-05-12-01-49, another here http://www.ibisgaming.com/sourcebans...roniik&Submit= , http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561197960371115 whose aliases include the clan tag [myg0t], http://ban-hammer.net/forum/index.ph...am-0143651259/ that guy, with multiple multihack bans, http://www.ibisgaming.com/sourcebans...391040&Submit= this guy, i swear these fuckers have the best luck with idiot admins, skyl3r and graydon. that's their entire group. i was able to find hacking bans, mostly here, on every one of them.

most of those guys are also in the myguild group, mentioned by cyber. that group also comprises of EVERYONE ELSE BEING HACKERS, including the hilarious case of valve admin #14 http://steamcommunity.com/id/officiaI_admin . every single one of these guys are hackers, but i don't see any connection making them the same person. the ips i'm looking are coming up being from different locales. if we could blacklist members of those groups, that'd be ideal.

but seriously, any of these assholes getting off because retarded admins can't take 5 minutes of their worthless lives to make a goddamn thread is STUPID. when you have people like me, cyber, and a few others who will gladly take the time to track these people down and make all the necessary bans including ip's...the LEAST you could do is make a thread with the steamid and a fucking demo.
