i just made the jump from the motorola droid to the razr. Wowza. Fast phone, great options and android is outdoing themselves every day. That said, s3 is going to have a quad core, yes. Did you read the rest of the story? A quad core that uses 20% less power than the dual core currently in the s2. Honestly, if your update is in october, wait it out. But the s3 sounds like the clear cut winner right now. Who knows what'll hit in another 5 months though.

Will not have quad core. Read more on it. He is on Verizon, which means LTE, which means, Dual core version. ONLY the global one in the US will be a quad core.
