i agree with the idea that in future cases, bans could be coupled with rank resets/exclusion from the rank system. however as stated by maynard, he was told that any more of this sort of activity would result in a permanent ban. no if's, and's, or but's. black and white. and he comes back and does it. to me, that's asking for a perma, rather literally.

i don't always discuss zmod issues. but when i do, i do it with endless facepalms. i am the most interesting favre in the world.

althought it is clan's decision now, i hate to admit that im not against a perma ban...
however, i like rezel's idea a tad more, i think that if holyshit got excluded from the ranking system, there really is no point for him to be pulling that crap anyway... Heck, instead of rank exclusion, make it a permanent Last Rank position (daily reset)...

Heck, if ranking is all he cares about, he might leave on his own... If it was not the ranking shit, he's instantly perma'd...

final warning means final warning. no one should be discussing their personal friendship with him, as it's completely irrelevant.

the fact he's blocking and doing illegal cades as well means it's not just about rank manipulation, it's about griefing, and him just trying 2 be a troll. we don't need people like that in the servers and I have 0 tolerance for people who have been around this community for like 4 years, and still pull this shit. people who have been around as long as him should be held 2 a higher standard... and just the same, he's used up his free passes for this shit, and was very clearly given a final warning. i have no intentions of going back on my final warning. clearly temp bans do nothing but make him make admin abuse claims and pretend he's intelligent... the end result is he doesn't give a shit and that temp bans teach him nothing.

As for the issue, if he's still blocking (on escape maps i presume?), cadebreaking, and making illegal cades, BAN HIM. I completely agree with maynard and Michelle, someone who continuously disregards warnings has no RIGHT to be here. IBIS servers are a privilege; you can't treat them with respect, you get them taken away from you, simple as that .

I agree he should be banned. I know Hitman has gone back and forth with this prick for years now, and enough is enough. I think the last time i enjoyed playing with this guy was like....3 years ago? Then he became a major douche. He used to be funny, but it got extremely old yet he countinues to act like he owns the place.
