CSS + ENB Series

ENB series is a mod using a different version of the D3D9.dll to push the capability of your graphics and also by forcing certain elements. For example, depth, blur, hdr, and all the jazz. I've been using my alt account to play with it because I don't know if its VAC banable. I sent in a ticket and as soon as I find out, i'll let ya guys know. But anyways, it completely transformed how CSS looks. I took a couple screen shots and a video to show you. It gives it a nice realism imo.




My video: There is a lot of blur to it, not because of the video quality, but because thats what the mod does heavily, uses depth of field a lot. You can really see it in action at 3:20 if you look as the surrounding scenery.

Here is the download link for it. Just extract all the files to your "counter-strike source" folder. Not the cstrike one. If you have done it right, it should say something in the top left corner that it is enabled. Does not work with MSI afterburner or EVGA precision. It won't start it you have those programs running. SHIFT + F12 toggles it on and off.

Now here is what ENB did to my Skyrim... (you can find the mod at www.skyrim.nexusmods.com When running it at these dimensions, my pc actually shutdown after 30 minutes because my system was running way too hot over 100 C, even with 3x 480s all at 100% fan speed so be careful with this mod)

\\as for the graphics, for me blurrier is a meh... it sure adds more realism , true, but for a gaming experience and for rank whoring, as well as having my crappy graphics card display me decent shit at distances... i'd stick with my current shit.

reason is, on ur screen, ppl at distances tend to blur out, cant hit or see ur target properly.. .add that to a human on wcs camping a relatively obscure corner... and u;re fucked.
ps: i love the skins! never thought of changing my playerskins to 2 sets of different colors like black and white, i just use HD skins for a more crisp playerskin.

I am not sure about trying to play with it but I can say it would be cool to use when your making demos into videos like in the case of the wcs scrim for example.

Zero? is there a css mod/script/pluging wtvr that customises in game effects for the user? like grenades blowing up effect and bomb blasting, and player-dying-animation shit like that?
that might add a better experience to a video?

I don't like it for WCS at all... the lighting is annoying, it's overly bright at times, and dark areas are REALLY dark compared 2 normal.... in WCS when you have invis dudes flying around and classes like flamepred and human just chilling in darker areas, it would give them a far greater advantage.

looks nice, but I would never use this for WCS, will just make it far harder for the individual.

I think this has more use for shit like skyrim.
