paypal has this thing, if u paid while having ur bank account as primary funding source , it will take the money from u , and wait 8 days to clear it up BEFORE paying ibis here. so if that was the case u have to wait about a week at most for it to clear up, if not, then i suggest u go ask paypal wtf happened bcos zero apparently confirm that he has yet to receive a payment which activates the subscription automatically.

Your wrong, mine is my primary, with a backup debit card. With bank as primary, it should be instant, if you are verified that is.
