You can become clan with minimal forum posting(getting into clan is more then just forum posting but it can help) , Also there are more people higher then clan then just zero, you just dont see them around very often.
Questioning clan member is fine o_O just dont insult them. That doesnt end well.

it's almost impossible... people need 2 realize that if you apply for clan... you are applying for a position as a leader in this community... "community" is the keyword. You need 2 be someone whose known. and with our new ULA system, SB bans, required reporting of perma bans... etc... it's not possible 2 not be on the forums and be a part of the community anymore. historically, the majority of clan have been at the very least semi active on the forums.. looks at ITB... he has almost 3k posts... and most of you don't know who he is. The point is, the community is managed, and all serious matters are dealt with through it.. so obviously being known on it is a serious plus. playing the servers is not enough anymore... with ULA in place now, and it being bridge that forms the gap between clan and not being, it's obvious we will look 2 those who are contributing on a regular basis and are showing true passion for this community. keep in mind you can still show this level of devotion 2 the community even if you don't have ULA... if you want clan, work for it.. don't bring up how you played here a bit, no one cares. IBIS is a VERY exclusive clan that takes a few people once a year (we didn't even recruit last year! we're that fucking exclusive!!!) and it's people who have made a mark in this community.

if you want my respect and vote, put up or shut up... cause there's 20 other people ahead of you working 10 times harder for the position.

I didnt mean you dont have to post, I ment more of you dont need to spam your way to ibis god to be recognized. I mean, if you look at Scribble, Everyone important knows of him, but you dont see him in every discussion. Same with Sin(the one who is with owns) and others.

I got tired of random people who've only played A little (or with no documented effort given to this community ) just waltsing in here thinking they have an instant shot to join the clan as if the clan name is given to anyone who has 11 bucks to spare on shawarmas... Or burgers, or pizza... (fuck im hungry again).

And i feel bad for some good members that get bashed on for posting an app: while they mean well, they dont understand the workload and responsability invested in ibis... take maynard for example, that fucker doesnt sleep, and he spams my steam the second i fuck up, day or night-.- ... Lol.

If anyone has intentions in getting in clan and ULA, make it known to people BEFORE posting an app. Meet the clan members and ULA ,buy them beer or pornos, have fun, discuss random shit and then show ur intentions and ask around how everything works, PROVE YOURSELF, be around here for a year, two And even three+ and u MIGHT be eligible enough NOT to get bashed on for submitting a premature app lol.
