Ok...so I've never seen this before, and I'm not sure if it's just my client being funny, but whenever I jump to any tick on this demo, Fat Arab Kid doesn't appear on the list. For me, I had to actually resume the demo for a few seconds before he would pop up and become viewable. So if you don't see Fat Arab Kid, try resuming the demo for a second or two after the marked ticks.
