I mean the cheapest solution would be to run a cat5 cable out there it would be cheaper than the cat 6 would give you low latency but do not expect a lot of bandwith. If the connection is for internet only you could get away with cat5 if <500ft.

so i can play on like every other sever fine except ibis my ping is all ways 400+ I know why it is because i am running on wifi now

If you can play just fine on other servers, then your WiFi connection likely isn't the problem.

If the above options are too expensive you should talke a look at the Alfa high gain long range adapter. I've got one and I'm 300' away from the wifi at my apartments and I get 100mbps and five bars.
