Does Not Deserve Upper.

Sorry joker, I think you don't deserve upper. The last thing we need is someone who does not have an eye for hackers making decisions on hackers. It is going to lead to more problems then it's worth. I'd rather do more ban requests then dealing with your incompetence at detecting hackers. Yes I see that you have a list of hackers you have caught, all obvious. How about the ones you messed up on? I see your missing one as well. Where is this one at joker?

Based on your postings, you have 19 total bans. 4 of which are wrong and 15 are right. 21 percent of your hacking posts are wrong. I understand every now and then messing up. 21 percent is way too high for an upper. That's more then 1 in 5. This position is primarily doing ban requests, which is detecting hacks, which you are not that great at doing.

As one of the uppers I -1 this app and request that we wait until we get more applicants for the position. I also believe that length of admin to get the position is too long and should be reduced by 2 or 3 months. Just because someone doesn't have the time in as admin does not mean they haven't been in this community for a long time.

yes I do have to say this thanks for your opinion and atleast you were fair in your judgement and came to a conclusion on your own terms with your own thoughts. I have to give you that much, even though I would have to dissagree with your suggestion on the admin length being reduced. I may not be the best person for the position(but I may not be the worst either) that all depends opon what the clan says and what zero says. Either way I believe that I had every right to post an application for the position because I had meet all of the requirements for the positions. It's kind of like applying for a position at a job, everything all depends opon the hiring manager and in this case the hiring manager or managers are the clan members.

I am not saying you shouldn't have applied. I think you need to work on your detecting hacks. There is tons of you tube videos and guides out there to help you. I think in time, if you prove that your skills at detecting hacks has increased then you would make a great upper. I think you should be more involved with the ban requests that are posted and put your input in on them. It shows effort. It would also show that you are better at catching hacks if you make the correct call on more difficult demos. It could also show the opposite. Put the effort in and show the community that you can be great at detecting hacks and I believe you will gain the respect of many that cast a shadow of doubt on you. Including me.

My input is :
joker is a gd admin, and he deserves more than some others for sure here so +1

but if he needs to work at detecting hacks, i should probably start doing the same. we're equally in the same boat. (many appliers like myself might have the same issue, so it depends how u look at it honestly...)

for example I can detect the obvious for sure, but spasm is right,and i think being upper is different from being clan.
Hopefully if we get better at that we could get better chances.

Spasm? Any gd youtube links u know of for detecting the hard hacks? all the shit i looked for is too obvious, or before the updates...
