If you are receiving this notice, you had one or more services on node #20 in our US-Central facility. I regret to inform you that the node in question suffered catastrophic data loss early this morning. Unfortunately, none of the data can be recovered. We will be issuing credits worth the cost of one month of your server to your account due to this issue, please open an accounting ticket to claim this credit. Any data on our MySQL system is still accessible, only the server files have been lost. At this time, we will be moving all clients from node #20 to another node, please notify support and we can create you another service.
