It should happen before the match, not every round. Like a DOTA game. Each team captain gets 5 votes or however many is decided upon, and they take turns choosing which race is banned for the whole MAP.
How sweet would it be?
Team 1: Fagabond
Team 2: Spiderfag
Team 1: Human
Team 2: Molecule
etc...
Hahahaha! It would be funny having only knife races available.

Damn, thats pretty nice, taking a book from Dota eh. Yeah this might be pretty cool actually.
What about having a tournament were the winning team gets to submit their suggestions for a new race and community gets to vote out of the winning teams suggestions and zero makes the winning race for the server? After all, there is alot of amazing races with very unique yet simple skills and ideas that can really work. I think the suggestion thread has some great ideas and people seem to understand what will work and what will fail, making zeros job easier. TEAMWORK
