    First. The rules spell out a perma offense due to something like hacking, spamming, glitching, or exploiting, yes. The community, at large, also reserves the right to weigh each case and make examples or exceptions.

    Hallwagner was a long lasting problem for the community and we made an example of him. We actually did give him a second chance and he blew it by rank manipulation.

    We made an exception of the rules on tk'ing only being a temp offense for a repeat offender such as Suck my cock, then he entered the server with an alternate account in order to continue tk'ing. Due to his unwillingness to make right, change his ways, and bypassing a ban, we perma banned him.
