PC recording tv is easy, just needs a capture card. they have quad tuners out there, (actually I think penta tuners are becoming a thing... but honestly man)

capturing tv is like last on my list of priorities. I may not even get cable. Im concerned with finding a quality capture card to stream and record games from ym new PC. Also, to capture video of console play.
