No, I can't see them getting two kills a day. Plus if it was mafia why not target the guy who just said he was the doc?

They're Asians. They have to come right out and tell you everything. That's why anime is so poorly writter, because every character has to tell you, in excruciating detail, what they think about EVERYTHING.
