He know's what warding is though, I believe he was explaining it to me what it was yesterday when I was playing.

Given that he has been first seen in 2011, but only have 20+ hours, I'd say he just started getting back into it, I mean shit, he racked up so many skills points since 6/10/2013 till today.
In my opinion, a warning/talk with him to clarify the rules is fair; this is his first time offense reported, and no Sourcebans listed.
