Port 23 does not work for me as well in Google Chrome. IE is disabled as a Windows feature -- it's the best browser for downloading another browser.

I'll see if FileZilla will accept an anonymous login on 23. Maybe that'll do it, if port 23 is actually working.

I actually learned that Zero suggested this method to me on steam before I even checked to see if it worked.

IE is not an option.. it is used to download google chrome on a new build and that is it. It is the only time I ever use it and then it is disabled. I don't even use it on my windows servers.
